Summer
news update…….
| - |
As you may have noticed, we have
started shipping the ICP/MFD kits. They look great and
work just as well as they look. Get one now!
But that’s not all – so let’s get
into it: We are Happy to announce a new partnership
for our Aimsworth products. Simware (www.simw.com)
is widely known throughout Europe as a premier simulation
supplier and has taken on our products. The first featured
on their site are our ICP/MFD kits. They are located
in Belgium. Head over and have a look at what they have
to offer!
We would like to welcome James “Nutty”
Hallows into our Viper I user’s club. For those
how do not know him (is there really somebody who does
not know who James is?), he is “The Man”
behind Foxy, the very clever programming software for
the Cougar. Happy Viper I flying, James!
We have updated our gallery pages with some nice pictures
as how a Viper I can look if you use our products and
a little “elbow grease”. Switches, guards,
everything what a simmer may want !!!!
We are happy to confirm some rumors that have been
spread by some of the scene best known builders concerning
a new “breed” of Aimsworth products. We
will soon launch the presentation of the first of the
new Aimsworth Professional Series of
products. These Products are indeed so realistic that
they are used in professional Military simulators that
are now a part of Aimsworth Simulation portfolio. Stay
tuned !!!!

Talking about Viper's and the Air Force.......
| - |
The US Air Force and L-3 Communication
Inc. (a major player in the communications business/simulation
field with over 20,000 employees) have selected Aimsworth
Simulation to be a supplier of F-16 Viper I cockpits and
components for simulation purposes. We are very proud
to be the first Thai company that is selected as a supplier
for the US Air Force. We believe that this confidence
in us reflects our commitment to quality and realism in
all simulation sectors. So if you happen to pass by Edwards
Air Force base, we are there too! |

People.......

We'd like to take this opportunity to
welcome Guillaume Leleve, the Master Mind
behind the
Thrustmaster Cougar, to our roster of Aimsworth
supporters. If you want the best, most superb and hyper
realistic HOTAS, think HOTAS Cougar! Check out our HOTAS
Cougar upgrade - made exclusively to integrate this
awe-inspiring piece of flight sim gear directly into your
Aimsworth cockpit! |

Next in our list of Viper I celebrities
is Prohm Rama Snitwong. Rama is one of the
key persons behind the worlds foremost and most
expansive simulation cockpit builder's forums, www.simpits.org,
and a hard core simmer. Ask him anything and if he doesnt
know, then... he'll probably break into song. When Rama
isn't mucking about in his cockpit workshop, he's deeply
involved in his sound stage studio, or maybe even on tour.
He is, after all, one of Southeast Asia's leading musical
artists! We are tremendously proud and pleased to have
"Poom" (his Thai nickname) in the Aimsworth
family! |

Read Guillaume
"Mr. Cougar" Lelevé comments about
our new Viper I:
As an intense Flight simmer, owning a cockpit is something
I always dreamed off... but like a lot of people, I
was just stopped by the high prices. I've always thought
that building a cockpit myself was the solution, but
after several trials, nothing except the ideas where
concrete.
During last year, I had the chance to meet and visit
several cockpit owners. This was just increasing the
pressure. A few months ago, I started to take a serious
look at the different offers that are available in the
market. I already knew Aimsworth Simulation as we had
contact with them for some possible joint co-operations.
Jurgen and his team provided me with all the information's
I needed and finally I choose the future generation
pit the new Viper I, an F-16 C cockpit replica.
The cockpit is now assembled at my home .
One sentence: it's a must have. No
regrets, that sure. The quality of the parts
is incredible, solid and well finished, packing was
perfect and the result match my expectations
to the point that I'm going to order more than I was
originally planning. Aimsworth price/quality
ratio is simply the best, and the service
is perfect. If you looking for a nice decent
cockpit, go for it "

Product bits and pieces.......

Think you might need something a bit
smaller then the Viper I? How about a little something
we like to call the Viper II? Watch this space for more
on this excellent small space solution soon.

We have electronics in the pipeline too.
An ICP and MFD are coming. There have been a few production
