6. Your credit card is not charged until your order is reconfirmed by us.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Bank transfer.
In some instances we may require that a copy of the front and back of the credit card to be charged be provided with a signed letter authorizing billing. This is for verification and is strictly for the cardholders protection. The information can be faxed to Sales Department at: + 662 634 3856 or a scan can be e-mailed to sales@aimsworth.com.It is suggested that you will provide: full name as appear on the credit card, issuing bank, credit card number (16 digits), and expiry date.
All payments must be made in US dollars Euro or Thai Baht.


Shipping Policy

Aimsworth Corp. ships most orders within 3-20 business days after your prepaid of the orders. We offer an array of shipping methods ranging from airmail door to door such as Ems, DHL, and sea freight for larger items.
Shipping times are not guaranteed and no refund will be made for late shipments.
International orders may be charged duties and taxes in your local country. These charges are your responsibility.

International Orders

For the most part our policies on international orders are identical to our policies for domestic orders. Where the policies differ is outlined in our policy statements. Please read the policies and customer service documents carefully.

Here are some reminders for our customers shipping to international destinations.
1.  Check with local authorities concerning taxes, duties and customs delays. We are not responsible for these charges and delays.
2. Some countries place restrictions on imports. Some items cannot be imported at all. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges on international orders. If an item is returned to us due to import restrictions we can refund the merchandise price but not the shipping and handling charges. In many cases customs officials confiscate the embargoed items. When this happens we cannot make any refund to you.
3. When ordering for shipment to an international destination please be patient. On a packages long international journey many delays can occur which are outside our control. Weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and varying levels of customs services all play a role in the complex operation of delivering a package to your international destination. Please be understanding.
